Time Flies

Wow, I can't believe it is Thursday already!

Fergus has had a relaxing week being the only dog and is behaving himself and being polite to people and other dogs (YEAH). Tonight he will go to dog agility and be a superstar and probably get zoomies (where do you think I got the name for the blog ) Fergus gets zoomies when he is excited and man he will be excited to see his agility friends tonight.

So I will update you on Fergus' fun at agility soon.

The upcoming week

I am very excited for this upcoming weekend, Milka will go to her dog shows Saturday, and Sunday and then spend a week at the Dachshund Ranch... Fergus will spend a quiet weekend chewing on a bone and an exciting week being the only dog.

Agility Class

Fergus joined Milka's agility class last night (one of the regular dogs was on vacation) and he had so much fun...at first he wouldn't listen but what is new with that but after he had a blast even made the contact on the A-Frame.
Milka had a lot of fun too, she wasn't so sure of the Teeter and the A-Frame but she just needs practice. People came in to watch the class at the end and were amazed that a dog so small could do agility.(Milka doesn't think she is so small) I think Milka is doing great especially since she has only has done 5 out of 6 classes in Agility 1 (Milka went into heat before she could do class 6) and 4 classes in Agility 2.
The dogs and I are going to have a couple of quiet nights before Fergus' agility and Milka's dog shows.

Fergus' Tricks and Games Course

So Fergus just finished his Tricks and Games course last night and for his Grand Finale show he did figure 8's through my legs and weaved through my legs as I was walking...I am so proud of him...we are still working on other tricks like roll over and walking backwards but this was so much fun. Thank you to Linda who taught such a great class.

Fergus, Fergus, Fergus

So Fergus has this issue...he doesn't like being left twice in one day...I can leave him to go to work, or I can leave him to take Milka to a dog show but like yesterday I went to work, came home and then took Milka out to agility (the dogs are not yet at the same level of agility). Fergus when I am leaving goes running to the door like he is saying TAKE ME WITH YOU, and when I don't he lets out this pathetic sounding bark whine combo and spins in circles, it really breaks your heart but he is fine. I have a surprise for Fergus, next week he gets to come to Milka's agility class as a guest, I can't wait to see the look on his face when he finds out he isn't being left at home.

Mi Mi's Agility Class

Mi Mi had a blast at agility class last night! Nicole is an awesome instructor I am so lucky to have found her. Mi Mi may not be the stereotypical agility dog but man can she go...She may just end up being better than Fergus but I am not going to tell Fergus that.
